*It is intentionally drawn to selectively focus on the left, particularly the area surrounding the eye, and appear to lose focus elsewhere.

Approximately 10 - 12 hours.

Thank you so much, Jenny! Yes, I didn't spend much time on this, but it was very challenging to stay focused.
Unfortunatelly, it's not doing well here on DA. I'm a bit surprised. Still I like how this turned out and am quite pleased. :-)

All those wrinkles must've made your eyes go squiffy! I'm surprised he's not done well on here... Perhaps they just don't understand class when they see it!! I think it's an amazing piece :D

It kind of gives me the impression it is focused on the eyes and slightly blurry everywhere else. Just like a focused photo!

I had some difficulty creating the blurry effect on the other eye as it loses focus, but I think it turned out okay in the end. :phew:
